Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within the continental United States. For international orders, We offer free worldwide shipping for orders above 500$.
Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.

Modessa Couture operates multiple warehouses worldwide, including but not limited to, USA and China. 
Your order will be shipped from the warehouse with the available stock of your selected item. 
Please note that all items maintain the same high quality and adhere to the same production standards, regardless of the shipping location

 

5. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of the client receiving the order, subject to certain conditions.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
